The 1st expansion of Gads Hill 1874 includes additional info cards and tokens. With this material, the three buildings / landscapes "Bahnhof", "Bisonweide" and "Friedhof" can also be placed. The special thing about these buildings / landscapes is that there are only four markers each, so that placing them is more difficult, but this is rewarded with an increased number of victory points. In addition to the basic game, the players each receive 4 order cards that specify exactly where a specific crime took place must have. The players receive special points for fulfilling the task cards.

Jesse and Frank James have been spotted at Gads Hill.
At the start of the game, Jesse and Frank James place markers on the building spaces.
If a player places a building with a marker on it, he receives the marker.
But beware! Only pairs of Frank and Jesse James markers score additional victory points. A single marker gives the player a minus point.

Conclusion
Placing the neutral buildings is very difficult, especially in the beginning. Since they only have four markers, it only makes sense to take info cards for them from about the middle of the game. But of course it's very appealing, because you score three points with the first marker.
